Life Insurance
Full-time employees receive two times their annual salary, up to a $200,000 maximum in life insurance. Basic Dependent Life Insurance is also provided. Employees have the option of purchasing additional Supplemental Life Insurance for themselves and their dependents. 

403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
Because saving for your future is important, Randolph Hospital offers a convenient way to contribute to your retirement by providing you with a Retirement Savings Plan. A variety of different investment options are available ranging in risk tolerance from low to high in order to help you meet your personal investment strategy. Eligible employees can contribute up to $15,500 per year on a pre-tax basis. In addition to your contributions, Randolph Hospital makes matching contributions on the first 4% of your contributions to the retirement plan based on your years of services. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
When you find yourself unprepared for or struggling with personal problems, your EAP has the resources to help. All employees and their eligible dependents are entitled to three free professional, confidential counseling sessions per calendar year.
