Opportunities for New Graduate RNs
Randolph Hospital has a Nurse Internship Program
that provides educational opportunities in the classroom and in the
clinical setting for new nurses as they transition into roles of professional
staff nurses in the acute care setting. We accept new graduates on
the following units: Medical Pediatric Services, Inpatient Surgical
Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department,
and Maternity Services.

Randolph Hospital’s Nurse Internship program is designed specifically for nurses who are just beginning their careers.
The program consists of structured classroom sessions and clinical assignments with skilled, individually assigned preceptors. The program lasts a minimum of 12 weeks, and could extend to 6 months.

- Computer/Health Information Training
- Diabetic Education

- Nutrition

The combination of classroom training and clinical experience provides opportunities for new nurses to gain valuable knowledge and build confidence in a caring, supportive environment.

an unofficial transcript, and two recommendation forms from your clinical
instructors.
