Vision Statement

The Randolph Hospital Community Health Foundation will be a leader in funding health and wellness initiatives throughout Randolph County. We will collaborate with others in the community to create the most significant impact on health and wellness in the community. This Foundation will become the preferred beneficiary of community donations and bequests.

Foundation Strategic Plan

In 2009, the Randolph Hospital Community Health Foundation embarked on creating a strategic plan to help guide the organization. The plan is built around three main goals:

  • Goal 1: Be the Leader in Funding Health & Wellness Initiatives
  • Goal 2: Be the Preferred Beneficiary in the Community
  • Goal 3: Collaborate with Others

Under each goal area is a series of strategies identified to guide us toward our overall vision. Over the next three years we will implement the strategies and reassess our progress on a routine basis.
