that people do every day. Occupational Therapy helps people learn
skills and participate in activities for successful, independent
daily living.
Our Occupational Therapy services enables people of all ages to
live life to the fullest by helping to promote, prevent or live
better with illness, injury or disability. Our focus is on enhancing
performance and participation in daily tasks such as: dressing,
bathing, work, play, leisure and social engagements.
Our Occupational Therapy staff specializes in:
- Hands-on evaluation process providing better understanding
of individual skill levels while patient is engaging in occupations
and activities.
- Customized intervention plans helping each patient
obtain great results resulting in maximum function
- Advanced therapeutic
treatments including an Industrial Training Center and an Activities
of Daily Living Lab
- Assessment and treatment of injuries associated
with head injury, multiple trauma, neurological conditions and
orthopedic injuries.
- Educational seminars and in-service training
related to arthritis and Lymphedema management
- Specialized programs
for the pediatric and geriatric populations
