Quality Leadership Team

The Board of Directors and the senior leadership of Randolph Hospital developed the Quality Leadership Team with the emphasis on creating a method to measure quality in the same degree of detail and importance as we analyze and measure financials.

By continually measuring our quality and sharing those measures with other institutions we are better able to initiate process change and use “Evidence-based” practices to provide the best quality of care available for our patients.

This group also:

• Prioritizes quality projects
• Provides resources to help improvements
• Recommends an action plan
• Reviews results to assure new processes are being maintained
