Staff and Services:

• Food was very good and the Staff was always pleasant & helpful. I was always asked what I wanted to eat.
• All Volunteers were very kind and caring. I would give them a "10."
• We were met in the parking lot & assisted immediately. Everyone was attentive and helpful & kind.

Nursing:

• The nurses really great! They are understanding, helpful and excellent in every way.
• Nicole (RN) was very good in getting me ready for my procedure, and in everything else I needed.
• The Nurses were SUPER! Tell em "thanks!"
• Thanks to the entire nursing staff & aides. They could not have made my stay any better!
• Every nurse at Randolph is wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at your hospital!

Physicians:

• We were very impressed with Dr. Brooks. With her prayer before the operation, I felt like she cared.
• Dr. Richardson delivered my baby. He is kind, compassionate & effective. He is great at the job he does!
• I was very pleased with the care I received in the Emergency Room. The doctor and the nurses were very professional as well as very caring.
• Dr. Hill was very professional and passionate regarding the need to transfer me to Baptist for additional monitoring of my condition. I have high regard for his professionalism
• Everyone in the ED was excellent - working together with the doctor. I was allowed to stay in the room with my husband. Each nurse was extremely kind and caring. I put each one in the "excellent" category.

Quality Nursing Care:

• Very friendly and dedicated nurses.
• The nursing staff is beyond words to say how good they were. The ICU Unit nurses, I just can't praise them enough. I would suggest a pay raise for the entire nursing staff. They were just great.
• The staff was very nice-almost like family.
• Randolph Hospital gave some of the best nursing care I have ever received. They really care about their patients.
• Nurses were very caring. They exhibited high standards of professionalism.
• On Maternity, all instructions were clearly explained before discharge. I was also pleased that the nurse checked our car seat so our new bundle of joy was safe and secure.

Top-Rated Care:

• The doctors were excellent and attentive to questions and needs.
• I drive 35 miles to go to Asheboro –although there is a hospital here within 3 miles of my home. They are so caring and friendly.
• I was impressed by the level of care I received. I will share with others how pleased I am with the care at Randolph Hospital
• Overall, the employees of Randolph Hospital are the friendliest, nicest & most helpful of any hospital I've been in. You should be proud.
