Diversity Management Awareness

Randolph Hospital seeks to become recognized as a leader in the area of Diversity. Randolph Hospital provides yearly education to employees on the importance and value of Diversity in the workplace. Our goal is to identify and remove any diversity related obstacles, impediments or attitudes that may hinder positive relationships or negatively impact the success and growth of Randolph Hospital.

All current employees receive yearly training in this area and all new employees receive one hour of training that provides them with the awareness, education and confidence to become a resource for Diversity related issues.
