Patient Satisfaction Scores

After discharge, surveys are mailed from Press Ganey Associates to a random number of patients who received care in our Inpatient, Outpatient, Surgical or Emergency Services areas. Once returned, the data is analyzed and sent to our Hospital via the internet. Randolph Hopital is compared with 600 - 1000 other hospitals across the U.S. for overall patient satisfaction.

All Hospitals are ranked in a database by Percentiles ranging from (1), which is the lowest on the scale, to (99), which is the highest rating that can be achieved on the scale. All scores are based on Randolph Hospital’s Fiscal Year, which runs October 1 through September 30, each year.
