Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We value feedback from our customers whether it’s positive or negative. From the feedback we are able to improve existing services, recognize those services that are performing well and build new services for the future. To assist us in this endeavor, we randomly ask for feedback following your visit to our facility.

Randolph Hospital has partnered with Press Ganey Associates in South Bend, Indiana, to randomly survey a select number of customers who have received care and service in our Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency and Surgical Services areas. After your visit, you may receive a satisfaction survey in the mail. We encourage you to honestly share with us things we are doing right, and also areas we can improve. By sharing your thoughts and feelings about your healthcare experience, you can help us improve the service we offer.

A 5 or Very Good is the highest we can be rated on the survey. We are striving to offer that high level of service in every encounter with our customers.
