Home Health Services

Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in the comfort and security of their home has been the hallmark of Home Health Services of Randolph Hospital since 1995. Our staff is dedicated to improving the health of people in Randolph County and its surrounding communities by providing quality services that are delivered compassionately, appropriately, responsibly and efficiently. This commitment includes respecting the dignity and worth of each individual and striving to recognize and honor the personal rights of everyone we serve.

Home Health Services of Randolph Hospital, a not-for-profit service organization affiliated with Randolph Hospital, is licensed by the state of North Carolina, Medicare-and Medicaid-certified and accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation on Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Admission to this service requires the recommendation of a physician based upon the needs of the patient/client, and/or insurance. Homebound status may be required. The agency can provide a service or a combination of services in your home. All services are under the direction of a physician. Services appropriate to the needs of the individual will be planned, coordinated and made available under the direction of the attending physician and qualified staff.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except during holidays. After hours and holiday coverage is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through an answering service and on-call procedure after normal working hours and on weekends and holidays. A qualified nurse is on-call to accept patient calls, referrals for service and to arrange services for patient emergencies as needed.
