Pulmonary Services

Respiratory Therapy Services

Respiratory care practitioners at Randolph Hospital, including both respiratory therapists and respiratory therapy technicians, work to evaluate, treat and care for hospital patients with breathing disorders. These conditions include patients with chronic lung problems, such as asthma, bronchitis and emphysema, but they also include heart attack and accident victims as well as people with cystic fibrosis, lung cancer or AIDS.

Our community has a growing number of individuals who have chronic lung problems, many of which require respiratory therapy and monitoring on a 24 hour a day, seven days a week basis.
