Benefits: Health
Medical Insurance
Randolph Hospital offers two medical plan options,
along with the option to waive participation if you have other coverage.
Prescription drug benefits are included in each plan. Coverage is
available to eligible full-time and part-time flex employees and their
dependents, after 60 days of employment.
Our medical insurance offers enhanced wellness services that cover 100% of the costs for routine physical exams. Depending on your gender and age recommendations, services such as routine immunizations, PAP and PSA testing, mammograms and colonoscopies are covered at 100%, and are not subject to deductibles or co-pays.
Well Within Reach!
Good health is important to everyone, including our employees. Randolph
Hospital has developed a comprehensive program, “Well
Within Reach”, that allows you the opportunity
to earn premium bonuses for health insurance based upon your participation
in requirements and individual goals to help you and your family
lead a healthier life.
The program has four components: a health risk assessment (HRA); obtaining an annual physical, being tobacco free and having a Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 30. Options are available for those who want to quit smoking and/or lower their BMI. Disease management services will be provided to those employees and family members who have been identified as having a chronic disease or illness. The program is administered by a third-party health enhancement and disease management company, and all information is maintained in strict confidence by the program administrator.
Dental
Randolph Hospital offers two dental plan options. Both planes provide
comprehensive coverage and encourage preventative care.
Vision
Randolph Hospital offers one vision plan that provides coverage for
routine eye exams and eyewear.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees
to pay for certain health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax
basis through payroll deductions. Randolph Hospital offers a health
care FSA and a dependent care FSA. The plan features a convenient
debit card for immediate reimbursement.
Disability Plans
Randolph Hospital provides short-term disability (STD) and long-term
disability (LTD) coverage for eligible employees. For an approved
disability, STD coverage begins 30 days after an accident, illness
or hospitalization occurs, and provides income replacement of 60%
of your base salary (up to a maximum of $800 per week), for a maximum
of 22 weeks. If your disability continues beyond 22 weeks, LTD provides
50% of your base salary (up to a maximum of $5,000 per month).

as a Heart Attack, Stroke, End-Stage Renal Failure, etc. there may
