Opportunities for New Graduate RNs

Randolph Hospital has a Nurse Internship Program that provides educational opportunities in the classroom and in the clinical setting for new nurses as they transition into roles of professional staff nurses in the acute care setting. We accept new graduates on the following units: Medical Pediatric Services, Inpatient Surgical Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and Maternity Services.

The 2007 interns attended the Bodies Exhibit in Durham, NC as part of the internship.

Randolph Hospital's Nurse Internship program is designed specifically for nurses who are just beginning their careers.

The program consists of structured classroom sessions and clinical assignments with skilled, individually assigned preceptors. The program lasts a minimum of 12 weeks, and could extend to 6 months.
