Healthy Snacks

Snacks are an important part of children's daily nutrition. Try to make nutritious choices for your children at snack time. Make snack time fun by offering foods of different colors and cut foods into shapes when possible. To prevent boredom, offer a variety of snacks during the week. Give your child a choice of two healthy snacks and let them choose which they want to eat.
